Previously, at Wipro Pvt Ltd., I worked as a Scrum Master & Business Analyst on Agile delivery for Meta – Instagram & WhatsApp. I coordinated stakeholders and development teams on platform enhancements and new features, improving sprint predictability and feature throughput.
I also worked on a travel platform revamp for Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Taj, Expedia, etc., supporting delivery of booking, payment, and itinerary features and integration of third-party travel services. Across my work, I’ve supported Agile transformations, backlog management, and collaboration between business and technical teams.
