Previously at MyCare Medical, I served as the primary contact for affiliated IPA providers, supporting contracting, onboarding, performance reporting, regulatory compliance, and value-based care initiatives.

I directed provider operations across eight outpatient rehabilitation clinics at Med-Care Rehab and led home-based pediatric therapy operations at Dependable Therapy, overseeing growth, staffing, quality, compliance, technology, and patient-centered care.

My foundation includes provider contracting with Humana HealthCare Plan and contract management at Tampa General Hospital. I bring deep experience in network strategy, provider engagement, financial analysis, healthcare operations, and cross-functional issue resolution.
