I'm currently supervising installation crews at Central Valley Specialties, scheduling work across active job sites and confirming each site is ready before installation begins.

Before moving into supervision, I spent eight years installing metal flashing and waterproofing patios and breezeways in preparation for concrete pours. I also order materials and manage inventory to keep crews on schedule.

My background includes cabinet assembly at Exhibits Southwest and leading an infantry team in the U.S. Army. I maintained accountability for soldiers and equipment, enforced standards, and managed preventive maintenance schedules.

I bring hands-on construction experience, crew leadership, equipment maintenance, emergency response training, and clear communication. I'm also OSHA 30-Hour and forklift certified.
