I’m an ISTQB®-certified Senior QA Engineer with 13+ years of experience, driving high-quality releases across the entire SDLC. Over my career, I’ve managed QA efforts for 10+ major projects in Finance, Travel, and E-commerce, combining strong manual testing fundamentals with automation that’s expanding in Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress.

As Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (September 2022–Present), I own end-to-end QA strategy for a banking-domain web platform, covering functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing across web and mobile. I defined and maintained test suites with 1,000+ test cases in Jira/Zephyr, reduced regression cycle time by aligning test priorities with sprint goals, and introduced structured API testing with Postman against REST endpoints backed by MySQL and Redis.

I also contribute to automation using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright, integrating regression scripts into the CI/CD pipeline, and I serve as a primary QA communication point through demos and release-readiness updates. I’ve mentored 2 junior QA analysts and previously led QA across multiple concurrent e-commerce and finance projects, including adopting BDD with Cucumber/Gherkin and strengthening database testing across MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
