I led the end-to-end, 100% remote production of General Atlantic’s 60-minute AGM, managing all stages from pre-production to post-production. The event featured shoots across three countries and was packaged for on-demand viewing.

I remotely produced American Pacific Group’s Annual General Meeting, overseeing all aspects of the production, including custom graphics. The event was successfully packaged for on-demand viewing, delivering a polished and professional final product.

I produced a 3-hour live event for Focus Financial Partners, featuring 5 documentary case studies, custom animated graphics, multiple live panels, and a dozen speakers. The event was streamed to 4 continents and later packaged for on-demand access. Managed end-to-end production within a $500k budget, ensuring seamless delivery across all platforms.

I collaborated with Bain Capital to film 10+ executive interviews, crafting detailed outlines and developing 3 scripted narratives based on the interview transcripts. This process ensured the messaging was clear, engaging, and aligned with their strategic objectives.

I collaborated with Apollo Global and host Dr. Torsten Slok to develop and launch the first three episodes of The View from Apollo podcast, ensuring high-quality production and seamless integration of their insights into engaging audio content. The podcast is now on season 3.

I worked closely with the CD&R team to produce a series of in-depth case studies and investor presentations, capturing their strategic vision through documentary-style content. This included coordinating interviews with key executives and managing the end-to-end production process to ensure a polished final product aligned with their goals.

Produced a series of narrative-style videos to launch Studio by Tishman Speyer at 1 Rockefeller Plaza. I led production and client relations, collaborating with the c-suite to highlight the space’s design and functionality through cinematic visuals, custom graphics, and a keynote address from the CEO.

For CAIS, I led a crew of 8 to capture a leadership conference in NYC over 3 days. Coordinating closely with on-site technicians, we used multi-camera setups to cover presentations, speakers, and networking in real time, ensuring the event's energy and insights were captured effectively for impactful final content.

At NexPhase Capital, I produced 2 case studies and directed a 2-hour live event, coordinating seamlessly between the client and tech teams. My ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and oversee the live event’s execution ensured smooth production and client satisfaction. I delivered compelling content while maintaining clear communication to align with the client’s strategic goals.

I worked closely with ATL Partners to produce a 2.5-hour simulated livestream, featuring 4 case studies, 15+ executive interviews across 4 states, and a live Q&A. Managing the end-to-end production, I oversaw everything from ideation to post-production, ensuring high-quality content delivered within tight timelines.

Partnered with New Mountain Capital to produce 2022 AGM videos and on-demand investor updates. Led full production of a 150-minute on-demand event, coordinating multi-state shoots and interviews with 45 executives. Managed remote pre-production and on-location logistics, delivering high-quality videos that enhanced investor engagement and internal communications.

Managed remote pre-production, then traveled to Dallas to hire local crew and equipment. Interviewed 5 CEOs and crafted messaging through documentary-style editing. Oversaw post-production and client review remotely.

Led end-to-end production for TA Associates, partnering with leadership to create a 19-video series, investor updates, and case studies. Managed shoots across 10+ cities with $60K–$250K budgets. Oversaw creative direction, cinematography, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and audio to deliver high-impact, brand-aligned content.

End-to-end production of a 183-page audiobook with professional mixing & mastering, sound fx, chaptering, and music. Directed first-time talent and provided additional voiceover support.

Partnered with MissMedia Productions on a variety of digital media projects, including podcasts, social media campaigns, and live-streams. Handled cinematography, editing, color correction, motion graphics, and audio editing. Used the full Adobe Creative Suite—including After Effects for custom motion graphics—to deliver polished, high-quality content across platforms.

Took over production of A Wiser Retirement Podcast at episode 215, delivering 60+ episodes to date. Revamped the show's visual and technical quality with upgraded equipment, custom branding, professional audio mixing, and live-switched editing.
