I’m a Senior Business Analyst with five years in BA roles and over a decade in IT. I work across the full BA lifecycle, from shaping the problem with stakeholders to writing requirements, modelling the process, and getting the work through UAT.
Most recently, I led BA activity on a product delivery to Phase-1 go-live as the client SPOC.
