I coordinate up to 200 simultaneous ocean and air shipments while maintaining full customs and import-documentation compliance. I negotiate commercial terms, freight rates, payment conditions, and delivery schedules with suppliers, carriers, and forwarders, and evaluate sourcing across 70 active suppliers.
