I'm seeking ITSM Lead, Project Coordinator, or Test Lead roles supporting enterprise transformation initiatives, where I can drive Hypercare operations, ERP coordination, Agile testing, and stakeholder alignment.

At BCT Consulting supporting Mashreq Bank, I coordinate Oracle Fusion ERP implementation activities, lead Hypercare ITSM operations, and manage incident and service request resolution across modules within SLA.

I've maintained RAID logs, facilitated Hypercare reviews, conducted root cause analysis for recurring issues, and delivered leadership updates through daily ticket dashboards and management reports. Using Azure DevOps, I raise, assign, and track defects across SIT, UAT, and post-go-live work, contributing to a 98% defect closure rate.

I've also led enterprise-scale testing by uploading and tracking 500+ test cases, while driving milestones through Agile/Scrum practices and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
