I’m a highly motivated and diligent young adult seeking an entry-level position where I can leverage my strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn. In my personal shopper (e-commerce) role, I communicate with customers to understand what they need—whether it’s clothing, electronics, groceries, or other items—and help ensure every order meets their specifications.

I stay on top of the details by searching for the best deals, reading reviews, comparing prices, and managing delivery times. I also handle returns or exchanges as issues come up, update customers throughout the process, and adjust as needed—using organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously while providing a high level of customer service.
