I've supported district- and school-based initiatives at Metro Nashville Public Schools, coordinating timelines, resources, participants, and follow-up for professional learning across grade levels.

I partner with administrators, teachers, specialists, support teams, and families to identify needs, implement solutions, monitor performance data, and address barriers. My work includes developing implementation guides, presentations, job aids, and practical resources that support consistent execution.

Across instructional coaching and special education, I've managed detailed plans, documentation, compliance requirements, assessments, and changing priorities. I'm pursuing PMP exam preparation and bring strong project coordination, facilitation, process improvement, and stakeholder communication skills.
