What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead product design from vision through launch, build scalable systems and teams, and partner closely with product and engineering to create measurable customer and business value.

At Bushel, I led product design from early ideation through 0-to-1 launches across five SaaS products, including B2B admin portals, white-label customer portals, farm management, and digital wallet experiences.

I designed and iterated 40+ features and patterns that supported adoption representing 50%+ of all grain bought and sold in the U.S., helping grow ARR from $0 to $30M.

I build scalable, accessible design systems and research practices that replace guesswork with user behavior data. My cross-functional work saved $100,000+ annually in tech debt and engineering hours, while de-risking features by $100,000+ each.

I’ve also grown a product design team of five designers and three UX researchers, led through organizational change, and taught as an adjunct professor at MSU Moorhead.
