I’ve led end-to-end supply chain management for complex clinical operations, including demand planning, inventory optimisation, strategic procurement, and cross-functional master data visibility across multiple clinical sites.

Technologically fluent with advanced proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, I use data-driven insights and strong stakeholder communication to drive decisions and continuous process improvement.
