At A WorkSafe Service, I conduct DOT, court-ordered, and employer drug testing collections, as well as DOT breath alcohol testing. I follow federal procedures and chain-of-custody requirements, maintain confidential documentation, and report results to the appropriate agencies.
At Oregon Specialty Group, I submitted prior authorization requests and appeals for patients receiving cancer treatment, working with insurers, providers, and clinical staff to support access to care. I’ve also supported members and providers at PacificSource Health Plans with benefits, claims, and authorization questions.
