I’m looking for a remote role where I can use relationship-building and customer advocacy to deliver service excellence. I want to combine consultative support, accurate problem resolution, and data-informed insights to help customers succeed and strengthen retention.

I bring 20+ years of success turning conversations into connections and challenges into solutions, with a reputation for creating positive customer experiences in fast-paced environments. Most recently, I supported clients with equity compensation plans and financial benefit inquiries as a Senior Specialist at E*TRADE from Morgan Stanley, collaborating across partners to ensure timely, efficient issue resolution. Before that, I drove high-volume outbound communication and lead generation as an Inside Sales Representative at Networx, LLC, and handled inbound/outbound customer communications, scheduling, and professional problem resolution at LunsPro Inspections.
