I'm currently managing insurance accounts at HUB International, representing personal, business, life, and health insurance products while serving as a trusted advisor to businesses and individuals.

At Quality Choice Insurance, I built and managed the Property & Casualty and Life & Health divisions, increased Medicare enrollment, and calculated and managed customer retention results. I also led sales meetings, contributed to marketing plans and business reviews, and helped recruit and hire contractors and employees.

Earlier, at State Farm and Dan Charles Agency, I managed sales books of business, led clients through the full sales cycle, supported lead generation and retention, and handled account transactions, invoicing, claims, and agency operations.

I'm focused on dependable service delivery, insurance education, team development, and using local market knowledge, sales planning, and data analysis to improve client and business outcomes.
