I’m a QA Lead and Senior Software QA Engineer with 15+ years of experience delivering high-quality software across telecommunications, fintech, and e-commerce. I focus on partnering with engineering teams to improve software quality, reduce release risk, and drive engineering excellence in complex distributed systems.

At Amaysim (NCSI Philippines Inc.), I’ve improved the reliability of a large legacy system test suite by refactoring unstable automated tests, dramatically reducing test flakiness and increasing confidence in deployment pipelines. I design, develop, and maintain automated system tests across 10+ AWS applications to ensure regression coverage for critical customer journeys.

I enable continuous delivery through reliable CI/CD automation—tests execute automatically in GoCD after every deployment for rapid release validation. I also build internal tooling such as an internal test account and data creation toolkit to reduce test data preparation time and improve consistency across environments.

I’ve established a comprehensive internal QA knowledge base with 20+ technical articles, and I’ve served as the sole QA representative in a delivery team—owning test strategy, automation, release quality, and risk assessment from requirements through production deployment. I apply AI-assisted software engineering practices with GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, and I mentor QA engineers through code reviews, pair testing, and automation best practices.
