At the State of Utah, Division of Technology Services, I govern a $24M technology portfolio across 26 agencies. I built ITIL-aligned service models, SLA and KPI frameworks, and executive dashboards in ServiceNow to standardize delivery reporting.

I led a 22,000-device Microsoft Intune migration and an Endpoint Governance roadmap that cut about $100K in annual licensing and raised patching from a 490 to a 700 RiskSense score. I also delivered an AWS cloud migration and SaaS modernization about three months ahead of its target.

Earlier, at the State of Utah, Department of Environmental Quality, I built Utah's statewide Safe Drinking Water Act compliance program and served as product owner for the Emergency Response Tracker and WaterLink. I also led Utah to first-in-nation electronic EPA reporting through the CMDP.
