What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote HR or Operations position where I can use my experience and organizational skills to support the team and contribute to business operations.

At IT Resources, I coordinate employee attendance and day-to-day HR operations, and support recruitment and onboarding for new hires.

I’m also a primary contact for client complaints, helping resolve issues and reduce escalations. I handle client follow-ups and monthly payment recovery.

I prepare invoices, quotations, and basic client contracts, and coordinate administrative and operational activities across departments.

Earlier, I wrote SEO-optimized articles as a contract writer at InnoverSol and managed customer handling and order coordination for my online business, Khussa Madness.
