What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a stable long-term home to grow with one company. I want to keep improving execution through weekly tracking, reporting, and clear risk escalation, while working independently during US business hours.

Operations coordinator supporting a US business owner who runs several connected businesses. I report directly to the founder and make sure work across teams doesn't fall through the cracks.

My core work is weekly tracking and reporting. I run a multi-tab executive scorecard covering revenue, hiring, sales, and e-commerce. I coordinate across US, Pakistan, and Philippines time zones, track open loops, and flag blockers early.

I also manage hiring pipelines for multiple concurrent roles including SEO, eBay operations, outbound sales, and finance. I source on LinkedIn, screen candidates, run interviews, and prepare shortlists. For outbound, I review call recordings and coordinate script refinements.

Looking for a stable long-term remote role where I can grow with one company.
