At Arts to Hearts Project, I build and run a global creative community of 30,000+ artists across 50+ countries, creating the content, programs, and member experiences that keep people engaged and supported.

I progressed from Writer to Associate Editor to Business & Operations Lead, writing newsletters, artist spotlights, social captions, editorial features, and campaign copy in multiple brand voices. As Associate Editor for a 50+ title catalog, I manage artist submissions, editorial development, biographies, proofreading, and final content selection.

I launch and run around three live open-call programs each month, overseeing member communication, submissions, support, and coordination with marketing. I also manage email marketing for a roughly 100,000-subscriber list, using segmentation and engagement data to improve launches, deadlines, and re-engagement.

I enjoy connecting artists, curators, jurors, galleries, and media partners across countries while building the systems that keep complex programs moving. I’ve led brand voice development through a team content handbook and maintain project workflows with clear phases, owners, and deadlines.
