Software Engineer with hands-on production experience in Reltio MDM within a Healthcare data environment, applying core MDM concepts - match rules, survivorship rules, crosswalks, entity resolution, and golden record management - alongside SQL-based validation and root cause analysis of match, merge, and survivorship outcomes. Reltio-certified (Foundation, Intermediate, SysAdmin) with additional experience across ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter and IDP Pipelines. Comfortable working within agile/SDLC-driven teams, troubleshooting data quality issues end-to-end, and documenting solutions to support team knowledge sharing. Seeking to bring this Reltio, MDM, and data integration foundation into a development-focused role designing and enhancing custom software components.
