I am a results-driven chef and culinary entrepreneur with expertise in modern Indian cuisine, large-scale meal production, and kitchen operations. I have led restaurant projects, managed teams of up to 60 staff, delivered 10+ lakh meals during COVID relief, and run a cloud-kitchen and catering venture serving Gurugram.

I hold a B.A. (Hons.) in Culinary Arts and am pursuing an MBA, and I have earned industry recognition including national chef competition wins and Top 100 Influential People awards. I train and mentor chefs, optimize workflows and costs, and am deeply committed to food safety, community feeding initiatives, and culinary education.
