What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a professional, active environment with good advancement opportunities, where I can work hard and make a long-term contribution. I’d like to help develop and build a strong team that meets the company’s requirements and achieves its goals.

At FOURT PILATES, I coached Pilates and supported rehabilitation through sports massage. I also helped clients set goals and tracked their progress.

I managed the team to support excellent client care and achievement of individual, team, and club KPIs. I also oversaw the facility and proposed improvements.

At SHOPEE VIETNAM, I progressed from Customer Service Associate and Return Associate to Return Team Leader and Return Supervisor. I handled customer inquiries and return disputes, and later worked on return volumes, team performance, headcount planning, and SOP alignment.

My earlier experience includes academic assistance at UNIVERSAL ENGLISH CENTER (UEC) and housekeeping at CENTRAL PALACE HOTEL. I studied Tourism and Hospitality at Hung Vuong University HCMC.
