What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role in a supportive environment that encourages growth and innovation, where I can apply my skills in cybersecurity and contribute to team success.

I am a recent Business and IT graduate with a strong background in customer service and a keen interest in cybersecurity. My education at Birmingham City University has equipped me with a solid foundation in business information technology, where I graduated with Second-Class Honours (Upper Division). I am organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in both independent and team settings.

Throughout my professional journey, I have gained valuable experience in various roles, including as a School Administrator and SEN Mentor. My time at Smile Education allowed me to implement cloud-based systems that improved workflow management, while my role at Rtriibe involved supporting SEN students in mainstream classrooms. I am eager to grow within a dynamic SOC environment, where I can contribute to delivering secure, high-quality services.

My recent position as a Junior SOC Analyst at Caring & Sharing Charity has further honed my skills in monitoring security alerts and collaborating with IT teams for incident resolution. I am also proud of my achievements, including being a runner-up in the Santander STEAM-Up Pitch competition and receiving the Kainos Digital Bursary for women in STEM. I am excited to leverage my skills and experiences in a cybersecurity role that challenges me and fosters my professional growth.
