What I'm looking for

I’m ready to support founders and executives remotely, bringing calendar and inbox management, travel and meeting coordination, clear communications, and commitment tracking. I’m available to work across US, UK, and EU hours.

At Blizconet, I handled customer inquiries across email, chat, and social channels, managed support tickets in Zendesk, and helped put fixes in place to reduce repeat contacts. I also mentored and onboarded junior team members on support processes and tools.
