At Alexion Pharmaceutical / Astrazeneca, I worked as a Bioinformatics Research Scientist II through October 2026. I developed an automated target-identification pipeline that takes data from public sources through AI-ready formats and combines network and pathway information to identify novel drug targets.
At Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, I developed vector integration site analysis pipelines for collaborations with Ensoma and Poseida. I also developed pipelines to predict off-target effects for mutant HTT gene zinc-finger work.
At Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research, I developed a copy-number analysis tool for SNP array data and applied it to CCLE datasets, receiving the 2010 team award. I also developed NGS analysis tools for CRISPR off-target sites and complex on-target changes.
My work has spanned bioinformatics, machine learning, and statistics in pharmaceutical research. I’ve contributed to published research on topics including mosquito small-RNA genomics and transcriptional regulation, and my sequence-analysis work resulted in a Novartis patent.
