I am a highly skilled User Experience Researcher with a strong background in Human-Computer Interaction. I hold a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where I achieved a GPA of 4.0. During my studies, I served as a Teaching Assistant for courses on Research Methods for Human-Computer Interaction and Human-Computer Interaction.
My professional journey began as a UX Research Intern at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), where I led a pivotal UX research initiative that enhanced the attendee experience for over 40,000 oncology professionals at ASCO's Annual Meeting. I collaborated with design, engineering, and data analytics stakeholders to develop high-impact research questions and select effective methodologies. I also conducted surveys and user interviews, distilling the findings into design recommendations that improved ASCO's conference planning web application.
Prior to ASCO, I worked as an English Language Instructor at New Oriental Education, where I assessed learner needs and crafted personalized lesson plans for a diverse cohort of over 80 students. I also served as a Research Coordinator at Insight Space, a division of Blink UX, where I pioneered a user research recruitment and outreach initiative for the digital card game Magic: The Gathering Arena. Additionally, I co-led observations sessions and conducted quantitative data analysis as a Research Assistant at Behavioral Research and Therapy Clinics.
