What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end UX strategy, partner closely with product and engineering teams, and create validated, scalable experiences that balance user needs with complex stakeholder and business requirements.

At Baker Hughes, I spearheaded UX design for four NDT product lines, delivering validated, high-efficiency solutions for global industrial users.

I've led end-to-end UX strategy, balancing complex stakeholder expectations with end-user needs. I collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn qualitative and quantitative insights into design opportunities, then iterate through usability testing in simulated field environments.

I built and maintained a design system and component library that improved handoff efficiency and reduced development rework. My work achieved SUS scores above 70 and user satisfaction above 85%.

Earlier, I improved event flows and information architecture at COOK & BOOK, managed brand touchpoints at LAZZEN, and created web visuals and digital marketing campaigns for international clients.
