I've led QA for PRO GOLF and deployed live content, in-game events, and economy updates through CMS tools and Nakama. I use Firebase, Looker, Asana, and Helpshift to investigate crashes, player behaviour, engagement drop-offs, payment cases, and economy irregularities.
I build repeatable escalation, triage, and process systems from scratch, and I handle high-trust real-money withdrawal, reward dispute, and fairness cases end to end. I'm looking to take fuller ownership of live events, economy, engagement strategy, and commercial outcomes.
