I’m looking for a growing team where I can combine bilingual communication with customer service and real ownership—supporting operations, inventory, and clear documentation—while being coached to lead confidently beyond entry-level responsibilities.

I’m a bilingual professional with native-level American English fluency and Arabic as my native language, and I’m known for stepping into leadership beyond entry-level scope. While serving as a Customer Service Sales Representative, I took on informal store management responsibilities on my manager’s request—handling inventory counts, supply ordering, stock level management, and management-level communication.

I also support operational continuity by organizing, reviewing, and interpreting operational and administrative paperwork for management. In addition, I represent stakeholders effectively through written English messages and clear in-person communication, and I build strong rapport with repeat customers to deliver a consistently positive in-store experience.
