What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a dynamic IT environment where I can apply QA, SQL-based data analysis, and structured SOP-driven work. I want to grow through hands-on responsibility, cross-team collaboration, and continuous learning.

I’m an ambitious IT enthusiast who enjoys learning fast and applying technology in practical ways. I’ve worked in QA and data mining roles where I focus on quality, structured processes, and reliable reporting.

As a QA Executive (Oct 2024 - May 2025), I ensured the sales team followed company SOPs, supported the Team Lead with reports for stakeholders, and contributed to hiring by shortlisting and interviewing candidates. I also worked closely with HR to conduct interviews for new team members.

Previously, as a Data Mining Specialist (plus Supervisor) (Nov 2022 - Oct 2023), I gathered, filtered, and analyzed data for the sales team and performed quality control for the team’s work. Earlier research experience included working on the MITRE ATT&CK Framework project in collaboration with Cydea Tech, which was counted as my Final Year Project in BS.

My technical foundation includes computer networking, database management, digital image processing, and Python. I also completed an internship (Sept 2022 - Oct 2022) on an Office Parking Monitoring Project using Raspberry Pi and Digital Image Processing, and I’m currently continuing education in MSPM while organizing Case Study Fest 2024.
