What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine privacy and regulatory advice with strong advocacy in arbitration and labor/employment disputes—working closely with counsel and stakeholders to deliver practical, outcome-driven legal strategy.

I’m an Advocate who helps clients navigate complex legal and regulatory matters—especially data privacy (CCPA, GDPR), labor and employment issues, and dispute resolution through arbitration and litigation.

I’m enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan and cleared the Bar Examination, and since January 2019 I’ve served as Principal Associate at Sanjay Nahar & Associates, advising across India, the US, and Europe. I advise on CCPA and GDPR, and I handle labor and employment law work for major organizations, including internal employment grievances coordinated with the Human Resource Manager.

My practice also covers commercial and regulatory disputes: I advise and contest arbitration disputes arising out of joint venture and service agreements, and I represent clients in matters involving construction and procurement, partnership disputes, and sector-specific litigation. I’ve also advised investors on P2P lending guidelines and NBFC Regulations, and I’ve vetted employment contracts, procurement contracts, and IPR license agreements for web development service providers.

Earlier, as a Senior Associate (June 2018–November 2018) and Associate Advocate (2015–2018) under the aegis of senior counsel, I drafted and argued writ matters before the High Court of Delhi, worked on National Company Law Tribunal matters including Insolvency and Bankruptcy and oppression and mismanagement, and contributed to consumer and civil strategy. I take pride in drafting, advocacy, and practical risk-focused guidance from first notice to final hearing.
