I’m a practising lawyer with more than five years of experience across commercial contracts, employment law, data protection and financial-services matters. I draft and redline contracts, advise businesses on compliance, and run litigation in the Indian courts, including constitutional and public-interest work under Articles 226 and 227.
I’m comfortable owning the full contract and privacy lifecycle: from legal due diligence and regulatory compliance to drafting legal opinions and compliance notes. My work spans NDAs, commercial agreements, terms of service and privacy policies, plus privacy analysis grounded in the DPDP Act 2023 and the GDPR.
My doctoral research is on algorithmic accountability and automated decision-making, and I use AI and automation tools in my own practice, so I explain complex legal reasoning for non-specialist audiences. I also enjoy collaborating with engineering and product teams, having handled IT Act matters including cyber-fraud and online harassment, and supported businesses through financial-services and lending documentation.
