I’m looking for a good opportunity in talent acquisition to optimize my capabilities in human resource management—leading end-to-end hiring, improving sourcing and screening, and aligning strong candidates with company needs.

I am a post-graduate management professional with specialization in human resource management and marketing, and I’m a constant learner who grasps new concepts quickly and efficiently. I have over 4.6 year of experience in HR and talent acquisition, progressing through Human Resource Trainee, Human Resource Associate, Team Leader - HR, and now Assistant Manager - HR.

In my current role, I manage a talent acquisition team and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes using Darwin Software. I source, screen, and align candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals, while handling candidate relationship management, document verification, offer management, and hiring across IT & non-IT roles—plus campus recruitment drives to attract entry-level and internship talent.
