I’m a highly organized, writing-focused professional with over four years of experience in the SaaS industry. I combine written communication and translation skills with strong self-management, whether I’m working independently or collaborating with a team. Alongside my core work, I’ve been doing freelance subtitle writing since 2017.

Most recently at ITONICS GmbH, I served as a Business Insights Analyst and Team Lead, conducting in-depth analysis of innovative solutions across industries. I mentored content team members through writing training, created and updated knowledge base articles in line with company standards, and supported product marketing efforts. I also published 11 product marketing blogs to help increase brand and product awareness among potential clients.

Earlier in my career, I supported data and operations at Hello Nepal as Sub-Department Head, helping maintain up-to-date records and auditing the quality of collected data across departments. I also worked as a Call Centre Operator, handling customer emergencies and repairs and maintaining the call centre database. I’ve further built instructional experience as an IELTS and PTE Instructor with Everest Global Education.
