What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a data-focused role where I can apply SPSS/Python, survey and MEAL methods, and strong report writing to support sustainability and community development—working with teams on accurate data collection, monitoring, and research-driven decision-making.

I’m a dedicated graduate in Development Studies from Tribhuvan University, with a strong academic and professional background in sustainability, gender equity, and community development. I focus on turning field data into actionable insights that support evidence-based policies and community-based solutions.

Through roles including Data Analyst/Enumerator at Kathmandu Metropolitan City and DOKO Recycler, I’ve handled household and structured survey data, managed data quality, and produced reports to support sustainable energy and operational improvements. As a MEAL Intern, I also supported monitoring, evaluations, surveys, social audits, and case-study/report writing to track project progress and outcomes.

I bring a program and stakeholder lens from my experience as a Social Officer at Api Eco Consultancy and Research Pvt. Ltd, where I collected socio-economic data, analyzed trends, organized public hearings, conducted key informant interviews, and supported community engagement and staff supervision. Alongside this, I’ve contributed to civic initiatives and youth advocacy through UNICEF/FAO/UNDP-aligned work and election awareness coordination.
