At Natwest Group, I design and develop Python and Django REST Framework APIs for real-time customer interaction platforms. I’ve built asynchronous workflows with AWS Lambda, SQS, and DynamoDB for call processing, analytics, and customer identification.

I’ve integrated voice and chatbot automation using AWS services, and implemented JWT authentication and role-based access control for secure internal systems. I also provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS IAM.

Previously, at XLByte Private Ltd., I developed native iOS applications with Swift and Objective-C, including migrating an application codebase from Objective-C to Swift. My projects include a banking backend with ACID-compliant transaction flows and a Python event pipeline publishing to Kafka.
