In my freelance role as a Community Support Specialist for Web3 communities, I provided real-time support to users across Discord and Telegram. I resolved account, platform, and general inquiries, moderated discussions to maintain a safe environment, and supported onboarding for new users.

I also handle escalations and ensure timely communication between users and internal teams. Known for maintaining fast response times while managing multiple conversations, I focus on improving community satisfaction and retention.

Beyond community work, I bring operations and creative production experience. As a bar & resort manager, I led daily operations, staff coordination, inventory and vendor relationships, and resolved customer complaints. Earlier, as a Pastry Chef, I delivered consistent, high-quality pastries while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, ingredient inventory, and daily production schedules.
