I write user stories with acceptance criteria, build process flow diagrams for engineering and QA, and proactively identify gaps, dependencies, and risks to flag blockers early.

I plan and execute UAT cycles end-to-end—building test cases, validating outcomes, and coordinating stakeholder sign-off. I also test REST APIs using Postman and resolve integration edge cases across multiple modules.

Beyond requirements, I bring a data-and-visualization mindset: I built Tableau and Power BI dashboards that reduced manual reporting time by 35% and improved data accuracy by 25% using SQL and Python. My work includes loan lifecycle integration and documentation, customer churn analytics dashboards, and regulatory compliance workflow redesign—reducing manual errors by 30% while leading UAT for business sign-off.
