Priyant Shah
@priyantshah
AI/ML and data analytics practitioner who developed PolicyRAG, a citation-grounded assistant for banking regulation documents.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At AcademixStore, I analyzed student book-buying records with SQL, Python, Pandas, and NumPy to identify purchasing cycles and demand surges around academic terms.
I cleaned and validated transactional data using Excel PivotTables and Power Query, then built interactive Power BI dashboards for category sales and order volumes.
On PolicyRAG, I built a hybrid retrieval pipeline for banking regulation documents, combining dense retrieval with BM25, Reciprocal Rank Fusion, and cross-encoder reranking. Its answers include document and page citations, and its best tested configuration reached 0.63 citation accuracy.
I also built AutoML Builder, a CSV-based machine learning pipeline with a React and Vite interface, and developed a TensorFlow text classifier during my internship at 1Stop Keep Growing.
