At Fujitsu Consulting India, I provide level 1 and level 2 support for Windows Server infrastructure, resolving technical tickets within SLA guidelines.
I administer Active Directory, including user and group management, password resets, Group Policy, and permissions. I also perform system health checks, patch management, and server performance monitoring.
I support VPN, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP configuration for internal networks, and assist with server backup and recovery operations.
I coordinate technical inquiries with Japanese clients and teams, and collaborate with security teams on endpoint protection and server security policies. I hold Japanese N4 certification and am preparing for N3.
