For monitoring and reliability, I implement SRE practices including SLA/SLO/SLI definitions, incident response protocols, and root cause analysis workflows, supported by tools such as AWS CloudWatch and CloudTrail.

My background also includes QA automation and software development, which strengthens how I approach quality and delivery. Earlier, I automated testing with Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG, and improved CI/CD-enabled test execution; before that, I developed web applications with PHP, MySQL, and frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter. That combination helps me connect infrastructure changes to real user outcomes—faster releases, fewer incidents, and measurable improvements like reducing deployment times by 60%.
