I’m a continuous learner and finance professional focused on delivering strong banking operations, compliance discipline, and customer relationship management. I’m energized by environments that require regular scrutiny, clear documentation, and consistent execution.

In my role at Bandhan Bank (CRO-MT), I supported branch operations and sales, including cash management, inter-bank and intra-bank fund transfers, and cash remittances. I handled customer queries, facilitated digital banking initiatives, prepared MIS reports, and ensured KYC and transaction files met compliance expectations.

I also have exposure to audit and regulatory processes, including branch audits at regional/HO level and external audit by RBI and E&Y. Along the way, I collaborated across departments, mentored newly joined employees, generated leads through walk-in customer interaction, and attended customer committee meetings to improve product and service feedback.

Alongside banking, I build analytics capability through business analytics training and tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel, plus Python, R, and Machine Learning. My internship work reinforced my analytical mindset through studies in billing infrastructure, reconciliation, and MSA-related audit policy analysis.
