At Citi, I independently develop and maintain enterprise Qlik Sense dashboards, partnering with Product Owners to turn reporting needs into accurate analytical solutions.
I've delivered end-to-end BI solutions across Citi, Accenture, and Capgemini for banking, pharmaceutical, and agronomic domains. My work includes Qlik Sense and QlikView dashboards, scalable data models, QVD processes, ETL workflows, SQL validation, and production support.
I use charts, expressions, set analysis, variables, KPIs, trends, and calculated measures to make reporting actionable. I also support Agile delivery through sprint ceremonies, requirement gathering, UAT, testing, deployment validation, and stakeholder collaboration.
Alongside BI, I've built AI-powered automation projects including customer-feedback workflows, a Telegram meeting scheduler, voice AI and customer-support agents, expense tracking, and website development using n8n, RAG, Vapi, Zapier, Lovable, and Cursor AI.
