I’m an Operations and Governance professional with 10+ years of experience across GCC operations, payroll processing, master data management, service delivery, compliance governance, process transitions, and enterprise training in BFSI and consulting environments. I’m known for stabilizing transitioned processes and building repeatable governance controls that teams can execute confidently.

At Allstate (MDM Consultant | Process Governance & Training Lead, May 2018 – Apr 2025), I led enterprise operations for master data lifecycle, IRS compliance, reconciliation, payroll-linked finance operations, and transformation programs within a GCC environment. I managed and mentored a team of 7–8 professionals, established KPI dashboards, escalation frameworks, SOPs, process maps, and operational review mechanisms to improve delivery and scalability.

I also governed enterprise master data lifecycle operations within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring data integrity and operational compliance while supporting process transition, migration, and stabilization. By conducting root-cause analysis and driving workflow redesign and process standardization, I improved operational turnaround time and delivered USD 250K+ annual savings through governance-led transformation initiatives.

I strengthen teams as much as processes: I designed and facilitated ILT/VILT training programs, onboarding frameworks, knowledge repositories, and competency-based learning modules.
