I am looking for a role that offers opportunities for growth in testing and quality assurance, where I can apply my skills and contribute to high-quality software development.

I am a dedicated Manual Tester with over a year of experience in testing and quality assurance. My expertise lies in creating detailed test plans, executing test cases, and identifying defects to ensure the highest quality of software products. I have a strong ability to communicate effectively, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.

Currently, I am interning at MetroMax Solutions, where I developed and implemented comprehensive test plans and test cases for the KLM mobile application. My role involves conducting manual testing on both Android and iOS platforms to validate compatibility, usability, and performance across various devices. I also assist in creating and updating test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

In addition to my manual testing experience, I have worked as a Chatbot Assistant Tester, where I focused on optimizing chatbot workflows and enhancing user experience. I am continuously advancing my skills, currently pursuing an automation testing course to complement my manual testing expertise.
