I have worked across web and mobile platforms, designing and executing comprehensive test cases, tracking defects in JIRA, and collaborating with developers and business analysts to ensure high-quality releases.

I have validated financial and tax data for accuracy on USA-facing platforms and supported multiple domains including insurance, incident management, and finance/accounting. Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments, I consistently contribute to timely, robust product delivery through meticulous requirement analysis, defect lifecycle management, and clear test reporting.
