What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Manual Tester role where I can apply my SDLC/STLC knowledge, write clear test cases, document defects in Jira, and contribute a quality-first mindset to a growth-oriented QA team.

I've performed hands-on manual testing on a live VIP-based mobile chat application across Android and iOS.

I tested authentication, security, session management, real-time messaging, UI/UX, performance, and Google Play VIP purchases. My testing uncovered issues including unlimited login attempts, missing new-device alerts, message-delivery lag, session loss, and failed purchases.

I document findings with reproducible steps, expected and actual outcomes, and severity and priority ratings. I log and track critical and high-severity defects in Jira and organize test cases, traceability, and bug logs in Excel.

I'm building my QA career with a strong foundation in SDLC and STLC, including requirement analysis, test planning, execution, retesting, and regression testing. I bring a quality-first mindset, analytical thinking, and attention to detail to manual testing work.
