At Helen of Troy, I lead the Custom Work Order Management function, coordinating specialized supply-chain requests, outside processing, inventory movements, and Oracle ERP transactions.
I work with suppliers, Supply Planning, and Sourcing to track commitments, purchase-order timing, inventory availability, and shortages. I also review supplier forecasts and coordinate schedule changes, expedites, and recovery actions when supply risks arise.
I’ve standardized request workflows, supplier communications, dashboards, trackers, and SOPs to improve visibility and execution. I also support system and process changes by coordinating testing, documenting procedures, training the team, and validating new workflows.
Before becoming CWOM Supervisor, I supported inventory and materials execution as a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator at Helen of Troy. Earlier, I handled customer orders and service at Helen of Troy, Lucchese Inc., and State Farm Insurance Company.
