What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue creating inclusive learning experiences, supporting students with individualized instruction, and collaborating with families and colleagues to improve student engagement and progress.

I've taught high school English at Oak Ridge High School and Ridge Community High School, creating lessons aligned with curriculum standards and assessing student progress through assignments and exams.

I prepare individualized instruction and support for students with IEP and ELL needs while building an inclusive classroom that encourages participation and collaboration.

Before teaching, I handled commercial claims at Liberty Mutual and claims service at GEICO, making liability and coverage decisions while supporting customers throughout the claims process.

My earlier work at Universal Orlando Resort and The Florida Review strengthened my technical writing, editing, coordination, proofreading, and cross-department collaboration. I'm also the author of the children's action and adventure book The Forest Jade.
